Please find complete tender documents in attachment for supply of 3500 kgs Refractory castable materials called by our State/Government owned organization Chittagong Urea Fertilizer Ltd (CUFL).

You are requested to send your offer quotation on Technical Proposal and Price/Financial Proposal separately. Technical Proposal stating  complete technical details, specifications,  ASTM, quantity, type, catalogues, Reference list, origin, packing, details, port of shipment, price validity, delivery terms, payment terms :100% Letter of Credit at sight. Price Proposal stating CFR Chittagong sea port price showing FOB, sea freight.

The due date for submission of offers is 13 November 2013. Kindly ensure that your quotation offer with relevant documents reaches to us before 09 November 2013.

Kindly include a reasonable percentage of commission for us in your price and confirm the same by separate letter cover.
